Data we process

• Steam public data: SteamID, display name, avatar, profile visibility, account creation date, ban status, public inventory.
• Data you provide: trade URL, optional email address and your preferred language.
• Transaction data: listings, orders, balance movements, deposits and withdrawals.
• Security data: IP addresses (stored only as salted hashes), browser user agent, and fraud-prevention signals.
• Payment data is processed by Stripe; we never receive your full card number.

Why

• To provide the marketplace and process payments (contract).
• To prevent fraud and money laundering and secure accounts (legitimate interest and legal obligation).
• To send transactional emails in your language if you add an email address.

Sharing

We share data with Stripe (payments and payouts), Valve/Steam (public API lookups), our hosting and email providers, and authorities where legally required. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Transaction and ledger records are kept for the period required by tax and anti-money-laundering law. Sessions expire after 30 days.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion (subject to legal retention), restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing us. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, a short-lived cookie to secure Steam sign-in, and cookies that remember choices you make — your language, the currency used for approximate prices, and the announcements you closed. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
