Sellers have 12 hours to send the trade offer. If they don't, the order is cancelled automatically and the full price goes back to your balance — you don't need to do anything.
Once the deadline passes you can also cancel the order yourself from the order page.
Open the trade offer in Steam and check: the sender's Steam name and SteamID match the seller shown on the order page, the offer gives you exactly the item you bought, and it asks for nothing in return.
Accept and confirm it in the Steam mobile app, then click “I received the item” on the order page. We also detect deliveries automatically from Steam inventories.
Do not accept it. Decline the offer in Steam and click “Report a problem” on the order page. The order is frozen and our team reviews it — your money stays protected.
Steam lets the sender reverse a trade for 7 days (Trade Protection). That's exactly why sellers are only paid after the hold period.
Report a problem on the order page immediately. If the trade was reversed, you get a full refund and the seller's account is suspended.
Awaiting trade: you paid, the seller must send the item. Trade sent: the seller says the offer was sent — accept it on Steam. Delivered · in escrow: you have the item; the seller's money is held. Completed: the seller was paid. Under review: our team is checking the order. Cancelled: you were refunded.
Card payments are usually credited within seconds. If the payment needs extra verification (3-D Secure, MB WAY, Pix) it can take a few minutes.
If it's been more than 30 minutes, open a ticket in “Deposits & balance” — include the date, amount and the last 4 digits of the card. Never send full card numbers.
Yes. Prices and balances are in euros, but at checkout you can pay in your local currency — Stripe shows the exact amount before you pay. Your balance is credited with the euro amount you chose.
You can also show approximate prices in your currency on every page: pick it at the bottom of the page.
Deposited funds can only be spent on the marketplace. Only money from completed sales can be withdrawn. This stops stolen cards from being turned into cash and keeps the platform safe for everyone.
If you deposited by mistake and haven't spent it, contact support and we can refund it to the original card.
Declines come from your bank or our payment provider's fraud checks. Make sure 3-D Secure is enabled on your card, the billing details are correct, and try again. Some banks block payments to gaming-related merchants — your bank can unblock it.
Connect a Stripe payout account in Dashboard → Wallet. Stripe verifies your identity once and pays to your bank account. Minimum withdrawal: €10.00, fee €2.50 + 1%.
Withdrawals are reviewed by our team for security, usually within 24 hours. Trusted sellers with a clean history get small withdrawals automatically.
Payouts are available to bank accounts in Europe, the UK, the US and Canada. In other countries you can still sell and use your balance to buy.
“Pending review” means a team member must approve it (usually within 24 hours). After approval, Stripe normally pays to your bank within 2–7 business days depending on your country.
If it shows “failed” or “rejected”, the amount is returned to your balance and the reason is in your notifications.
After the buyer receives the item, the money is held for 8 days. Steam lets senders reverse trades for 7 days, so this protects buyers. After the hold we check the item is still with the buyer and release the price minus the 3% fee to your balance.

Accounts are paused automatically when our security systems see something unusual — for example a card dispute or a trade reversal. Your funds stay safe while we check.
Open a ticket in “Account & sign-in”. Our team will explain what we need from you.
To trade you need: a public Steam profile and inventory, a Steam account at least 30 days old, no Steam trade ban, and your trade URL saved in Settings. Dashboard → Settings shows exactly what's missing.
After changing your Steam privacy settings, click “Re-check Steam profile”.
New (0+ trades): orders up to €500.00, €1,000.00 per day.
Verified (3+ trades): orders up to €2,000.00, €5,000.00 per day.
Trusted (20+ trades): orders up to €10,000.00, €25,000.00 per day.
Elite (100+ trades): orders up to €50,000.00, €100,000.00 per day.
Your level goes up automatically as you complete trades.
Only marketable CS2 items from a public inventory appear. Items with an active trade hold or Trade Protection appear locked until the hold ends.
Click “Refresh inventory” after making your inventory public or receiving new items (Steam can take a minute to update).
Listings priced far above or below the Steam Community Market price are checked by our team before going live. This prevents mistakes and money laundering. Reviews usually take a few hours; you can also edit the price.
Sellers pay 3% of the sale price (minimum €0.05), only when the item sells. Buying, listing and depositing are free.
Withdrawing to your bank costs €2.50 + 1%; you see the exact amount before confirming. Using your balance to buy other items is always free.
If you decline an order or don't send the item within 12 hours, you receive a strike. After 3 strikes, selling is suspended. Remove listings for items you no longer have to avoid strikes.
Very likely. We never message you on Steam or Discord and we never ask for your password, Steam Guard codes or Steam API key. Everything happens on the order page.
Check https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey — if there's a key you didn't create, revoke it immediately and change your Steam password.
Change your Steam password, deauthorize all other devices (Steam → Settings → Security), revoke any Steam API key, then open a ticket in “Security & scams”. We will freeze your marketplace account to protect your balance.
Open a ticket and our team will get back to you. Order problems are handled first.
