These terms govern your use of MouseSkins, operated by MouseLabs Enterprise, Viseu, Portugal (Legal).
You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding contract, and own a Steam account in good standing with no trade restrictions.
MouseSkins lets users list and buy Counter-Strike 2 items. Items are transferred directly between users via Steam. We act as a payment intermediary: we hold buyer funds in escrow and release them to the seller after delivery and a 8-day hold.
Sellers pay a fee of 3% of the sale price on each completed sale; withdrawals cost €2.50 + 1%. Current fees are listed on the Fees page. All prices, balances and fees are in euros. Amounts shown in other currencies are approximate; when you pay in another currency, the conversion is made by our payment provider at the rate shown before payment.
You must own every item you list, keep it in your Steam inventory while listed, and send it to the buyer's trade URL within 12 hours of a sale. Reversing a delivered trade is fraud: we will reverse the payout, suspend the account and may report it.
Your balance is not a bank account and does not earn interest. Deposited funds can only be used for purchases; only proceeds from completed sales can be withdrawn, to a payout account verified by our payment provider in your name. Payouts are available only in the countries our payment provider supports. We may delay, review or refuse withdrawals to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations or to investigate fraud.
Fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering, multi-accounting to evade limits, wash trading, scams, phishing, impersonation and use of stolen accounts, items or payment methods are prohibited and result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds obtained through the violation, to the extent permitted by law.
Report problems through the order page. Our decision on disputes is based on available Steam data and evidence from both parties.
We are not responsible for Steam outages, Valve policy changes, trade holds, or losses caused by compromised Steam accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms with notice on the site. You may close your account at any time after withdrawing your balance.
These terms are available in several languages; in case of differences, the version in the language of the country where MouseLabs Enterprise is registered prevails, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. They are governed by the laws of that country.
